In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. 没有设置时区

解决方案：

在php或者C:\Windows 目录下找到php.ini

找到;data.timezone =

修改为 data.timezone = Asia/Shanghai

重启Apache 或者 IIS
